Terms of Registration and Fees
Opening hours: Monday to Friday all year except for public and bank holidays and one week at Christmas
Open from 8:00am to 6:00pm
Full week is 8:00am to 6:00pm
Session is 8:00am to 1:00pm or 1:30pm to 6:00pm
The fees for 3 months - 22 months are:
Morning session 8am to 1 pm: £18.00 including mid morning snanck
Afternoon seesion 1:30pm to 6pm: £16.00 including afternoon tea
Whole day session 8am to 6pm: £31.00 including mid morning snack and afternoon tea
After school and holiday care: £3.45 per hour sessions
Hot lunch: £1.50 each - free if full time.
Payment Terms
A deposit of £100.00 or two weeks fees which ever is greater is payable to secure a place at the nursery. If within a month your child has not settled at nursery and circumstances lead you to take your child out of nursery you will forfeit your £100.00 or two weeks fees deposit. The deposit will be refundable against your last months fees if you have given a months notice. Fees are payable monthly or weekly in advance. On a weekly basis they are due on or before the beginning of each month. Monthly fees are due in on or before the first of each month. Monthly fees paid later than the first week in the month will incur a 10% late payment charge of the total amount. A nursery place may b forfeited in the event of unpaid fees.
We require one months notice should you no longer require the place. A minimum of 2 sessions must be booked for each chld. The sessions booked on registration are on a permanent booking and one months notice should be given for any reduction in this contract.
