We vary our menus depending on the season and we cram our meals full with as many vegetables as possible - but we do hide these well so little eyes do not always know how much veg they are actually eating.





In a day and age where children learn how to use an Ipad  before they can walk it is important to ensure your child is safe online. It is impossible to monitor your child every second with an Ipad or phone so there are easy steps to take to ensure you can protect your little one from accidently coming across online content which they should not be viewing or buying app’s by mistake. There is no getting away from the fact this generation will be growing up using all kinds of technology.

There is plenty of activities online for your children to learn and have fun with. We have found the best of these options to be CBeebies which helps pre-schoolers learn whilst they play fun games, watch clips, sing songs and make things with their favourite CBeebies characters and shows.
