Upon completion of the registration form, please return it to our office at 39 Penn Hill Avenue or via email to office@littlestarsnursery.net
On receipt of the completed documentation, we will confirm the availability of your request via telephone/email, at which stage a non-refundable £25 registration will be required to secure the booking. Please be aware that all sessions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Once your booking is confirmed, the sessions you have requested are ‘permanent’ and therefore payable throughout term time.
You will not be charged for teacher training/inset days, Bank Holidays or school holidays. We are unable to accommodate alternate weekly bookings, or adhoc variations. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for extra sessions, or any special requests, and we are unable to swap sessions.
For example – allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions etc, and we ask that you provide your GP’s details. Please remember to update us should any details change.
